One of the greatest challenges in the property management business is protecting vacant homes from water damage caused by appliance failure, frozen pipes, or a host of unpredictable factors.  For Cornerstone, the ability to monitor and protect our client homes from just such a potentially catastrophic failure is one of the most important services we can offer a client.  As we are responsible for multi-million dollar homes, we have spent a significant amount of time researching options to give our homes protection 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 

Install a Water Flow Meter

What makes FloLogic superior in our opinion is the fact that it measures water flow at the water main of the house versus other devices such as Water Cop or a water bug that must get wet in order to shut off water supply or trigger an alarm.
